Autopsy of a cow - Barbarity in the name of science
Eva

The International Edinburgh Science Festival revealed its programme - which includes the autopsy of a cow at Edinburgh Zoo.

The killing of yet another cow cannot provide any information which has not already been studied and documented. The Science Festival should highlight and celebrate the achievements of science over the years and the benefits they bring; instead, this reckless waste of life takes us back to the dark ages.

And you can send a protest letter to funders and supporters of the International Edinburgh Science Fesival asking them not to go ahead with this event.

I was very disappointed to hear about the event involving the autopsy of a cow as a part of the Science Festival, taking place at Edinburgh Zoo on the 13th April.
The killing of yet another cow cannot provide any information which has not already been studied and documented. The Science Festival should highlight and celebrate the achievements of science over the years and the benefits they bring; instead, this reckless waste of life takes us back to the dark ages.
Please take all necessary steps immediately to ensure that this event does not go ahead.
I look forward to hearing from you,
Sincererly,
